There is team spirit, there is no gossip environment, there are no toxic employees, cooperation and solidarity are at a high level,

They never ignore the problems I bring to them, they do their best to solve them. They usually solve the problem, or even if they can't, they share their reasons.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sometimes, I am not punished for problems that do not originate from us, as long as these problems are explained well, and in cases where the target cannot be hit, for reasons beyond our control.
