better paycheck as the time and effort we put into our work isn't equally balanced

talking to the differten showteams, other colleagues, the international environment, going to shows and seeign what you worked for

Very openminded, very diverse and different, Many different experiences and also different interests whioch makes it nice to talk to them

Having a nice open new office, closer to home, seeing friendly colleagues, being in a nice work environment that stimulates me to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice to have a good lunch compensation in time where we cannot profit from the canteen. A small increase in salary would compensate the over hours I work as well as the workload in general
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very comfortable and open to talk to. If I have any problems I feel save to talk to them. I also know that no matter what I might need they will listen and act upon if the reason is valid
