Leniency in using our PTOs and the numerous well-being activities offered in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are quite active and energetic to interact with one another especially during engagement activities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very open to suggestions and allow members to be independent and free to strategize and formulate solutions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Differences in opinions should at least be toned down or let go when interacting at work. Some employees can be quite aggressive with their views that they bring up these conversations every chance they get.
