apparent differences in responsibilities and role/level... some higher level people are doing lesser job vs others on lower levels
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nature of the business and opportunity to work with different cultures; opportunity to also meet customers from diff background if one can attend shows
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
work-life balance no longer felt - maybe if we go back to office physically and be able to attend shows and be with people you work with can help
