Realized that some projects and implementations were done without proper research and consultations before implementation. It is disappointing and frustrating that a large amount of my time is spent doing a quite redundant admin tool that does not even produce accurate data.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In general, through out pandemic, I do feel that we are valued (welfare)

we're all collaborative and engaged. I do feel like I am ver fond of them
What makes you most happy at work?
my colleagues and supervisor! and of course I get to learn and be better in what I do
What do you like best about the leadership team?
very accommodating and easy to connect with - that simple traits goes a long way to keep myself motivated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is way too low and not aligned with the work that I'm doing and dedicating - this is just because I was hired internally. This part of the job disappoints me and I didn't feel valued because of this.
