Did not expect that the job I took is a little different from what I've been trained in - at least in my perspective. Happy that it's different as I get to learn more. I also like that there's a bunch of benefits and opportunities routinely provided to us employees.

They project a positive energy and they help out a lot when you need it.

The best part is the whole package. It's comparably better than any of my previous jobs.

I've only been here for almost 5 months and I like how focused everyone are with their work.

They're creatives so they're fun. They're also collaborative. They're independent but they also seek my help when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it values my independence and allows me to experiment and make mistakes (provided that it does not impact the work).

Everyone is doing their fair share of work and motivating each other. All are ready to help and provide clarifications when you need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership are open to sharing information as quickly as possible. They can also be easily reached when you have challenges, questions, or anything that you need help with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO benefit accorded to me and my dependents were given on the 1st day of onboarding. Also, the investment funding which can help you in the long term.
