Out of all the employers I had, RX is so far one of the best. The culture is great and could be incomparable. The people are nice that working with them makes your job easier. Although there are challenges, everyone is trying to come up with solution how to be better.

Very welcoming people. Easy to approach and friendly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is flexible and keeps us informed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to learn something new daily and being able to communicate with other people even if it is virtual.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the market standards, I'd say we have a low basic salary. Which I think can be improved soon.
