Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our work is evaluated based on results and it is quite hard. We are not asking for any additional benefits, but it is not fair that they be taken away from us (December vacations).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We haven't had a salary increase in 2 years (and inflation continues to grow) I understand the situation, but the company continues paying an office without real use.. In addition, they should consider benefits and compensation (such as office parking).
