so far, still a fantastic stay, there were low moments but there were definitely happy moments. you will feel that you are really valued, with equal opportunity for accountability and responsibility.

not really undervalued since the organization really values me but maybe an increase with the compensation would be best

Leverage with the scope of task. The increase was greatly influenced with the initial basic pay as a rank and file, wherein that basic pay has an undergoing study for general alignment.

They foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and shared purpose. Clear goals were set, took initiative to listen and really get everyone's perspective, and creates a sense of belonging and accountability within the group.

Shared Purpose: Everyone on the team understands and is aligned with the broader mission or vision, it fosters a sense of purpose and commitment. This shared sense of direction can make even challenging work feel more meaningful.

Leadership Team values me as a vital member of the organization. They see me not just a simple doer of a task but rather a dynamic person who plays a potent role in a delivery of a great service.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think this is one of the limitations being an internal hire with low basic salary, the percentage of increase when I moved to new role is low. Given the economy now, hoping to have a more competitive salary package.

What makes you most happy at work?

Overcoming challenges. There are really times that you questioned yourself, if you really are on the right path or are you making any good with your job, but at the end of the day these challenges pushes me to strive for more and prove myself.
