It's the fact that we respect each other's views and ideas as well open to feedback

The best part about my compensation are there are guaranteed comissions and incentives for excellent work output :D

The best things about my team is that they are very open and accomodating when asking for support.

There is a culture of trust and accountability within the team and other teams that we are working with

They look for opportunities that is line bringing the newest technologies and discoveries for the growing markets as well as embracing inclusivityand diversity.

What I like about them is that they get to identify strategies in which our company can maximize the upcoming trends in the future

it's the fact that my compensation is above par with the average as well as opportunities for increase salary every year, depending on performance

It's the fact that I get to bond with my colleagues and the experience of experiencing different cultures through the clients that I interact with.

It is that they are willing to share best practices and support in every way, from the show team to the team that I belong to in RXPH

What makes me happy at work is that there is a huge opportunity to work with the diverse range of clients in a global setting, in the way that it had already affected my communication even outside of work (speaking 85% english all the time, 15% filipino :D)
