Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The raises we get every year do not cover the increase in benefits cost for a family; in effect, I am losing money every year working for RX. I've explained this every year to management and through surveys and it never gets address. RX needs to consider raise in benefits and cost of living increase
