mostly not bureaucratic, some folk have egos or something to prove all the time

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really try to listen and open up channels of communication even if you don't have direct access to them. But most importantly, when you have a great manager, it's the same as having direct assess to them. Things get done and your voice gets heard.
