Flexible worklife balance. Everyone understands you have your own life and priorities outside of the job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy all of the moving pieces of my job so I like the day-to-day, and then I love seeing it in action on site at shows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel free to step away from my desk when I need to and take my PTO guilt-free because the culture allows for that sort of flexibility. As long as the work gets done, I am able to mold my work schedule around my personal schedule as needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less money than others in the same position in the same industry. It's clear by where people go after leaving RX. A $10k increase and work-from-home stipend (e.g. Indeed gave all employees $500 to spend on home office supplies) or wifi reimbursement would make me feel better.
