Overall is good, it´s been better but assertive communication, respect and active listening and functional management are deficient, egos are way much important than people. I love my job, our clients and our shows, people though. Let´s be kind and support each other to achieve our common goals

I have been with the company for eight years, and during that time, I have consistently sought out new opportunities and embraced changes. I strive to learn from my leaders and colleagues while making the most of each day in my work.

Compared to other sales ranks and different companies, the base salary for sales team is low.

they care about the human being besides the person working behind, personal values and work team resolution

Great human beings, cooperative, aertive communication, sharing good practices, focus on goals, they offer each other support, team members are diverse, good leadership, they're organized, they have fun!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My collegaues earn more than me for doing the same job, the befits compared to other ranking companies are way much better, ex. private medical services, better life insurance, outside training, Retirement / Pension plans.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competition salaries are way higher than the ones we get here, and the commission rates should be valued more fairly. On top of this, I am aware my equals earn more on the base salary than I do.

in a workplace, I value open communication and collaboration. To maintain a positive work environment, I actively engage with my colleagues, encouraging idea-sharing and mutual support. I believe in addressing challenges with constructive feedback and finding solutions as a team
