RX is a good company, but with much bureaucracy, which makes the work difficult sometimes. But they have a good business strategy and have a good work environment

I think my compensation is not compatible with my responsibilities. My leader has been trying to increase my salary since last year, but there's only one compensation window per year to recognize many people.
