I really like working for RX and I believe that greater things are coming.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The lack of quality in regards humanised communication, connections between different departments, employees benefits and other things has dropped a lot in Brazil's office. In the past we had a better Presidency, but in my opinion the new administration is leaving something to be desired.

Transparency, honesty, respect and that is it.

My direct team colleagues, our main team.

The availability of hearing others, flexibility in some cases, the kind manners

a company who respects diversity and think a lot about inclusion, flexible working hours

My direct team colleagues is what makes me want to keep working in the company

Always willing to help, very polite, have empathy, respectful and they provide a very nice environment around them. I like my work colleagues a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The volume of work is very large compared to the salary paid, especially when we have overtime work, whether in the pavilion at the event or in the pre-event office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not receive payment for extra working hours. Overtime working hours do not count as time off. We work for more than one event (helping other events). Our Christmas time off have been reduced.
