My immediate team is great so most interactions are enjoyable.

We understand each other as well as our individual skill sets and use those to compliment each other and progress as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fernando is pretty awesome. Really genuine person who's concern at the end of the day is simply getting the job done and servicing the customer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stretched quite thin, and for the same check. Things that have been brought up previously as obstacles in work volume repeat themselves each event and nothing is ever done. A cyclical issue that's never addressed get's progressively more annoying.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay rates have increased greatly across all industries. Our pay has remained stagnant despite performing above goal. Many big companies today operate like a cable company and offer everything to the new account while forgetting about reliable long term accounts that consistently produce.
