my leadership team is amazing.. Not crazy about the high up ones micro managing and looking in SF at our calls and emails we have been doing this job for 12 years
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If new people are getting paid 60K w a bonus of 20.. I have been year for 12 years and my base is 60 and bonus is 22 how is that fair? Please look at employees that have been here for 10 plus years and make proper adjustments
