I am happy with my career at RX, I love the people and what I do. I am hopeful I will soon receive the promotion my manager and I have been talking about for close to 2 years, which should bring my pay up to market value.

My boss is great! We all work together and support one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid market value for what I do, I am well below market value in fact. For this reason I am in the market for new opportunities.

I would feel better about my compensation if I were paid market value. I feel I am paid below market value from research on other jobs in my field. I do however like my job at RX and feel optimistic I will soon be paid fair market value.
