Prices on everything have gone up, yet pay raises are frozen.

They know our job is a team effort, and the majority seem to genuinely care about their teammates.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make my own decisions, I am allowed to have my own voice, and I like the fact creativity is encouraged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get to work from home, which is both a plus and a negative. The negative is there's zero personal interaction with coworkers or management.
