Being able to openly discuss ones view without fear of retribution as long as one is being respectful of others. other things are comraderie, learning to improve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits of being allowed to work from home are immeasurable. It has given me a balanced approach to my lifestyle. I appreciate it and will never take advantage of the priviledge.
