I'm very much in gratitude to our company. Not only it gave me a job during this pandemic but it also gave me chance to develop some my skills in data management. It's a very healthy and balance experience since I can work from home most of the time and be close to my baby and my wife.

The most positive about the culture and environment at our company is the friendship.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is ofcourse, payday. haha! and all the things we share in workplace with my workmates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about our leadership team is their ability to listen. To listen to the concerns, challenges, and suggestions of the team. I really appreciate their effort to actively listen and do something about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation package is a bit lower compare to my previous employer and the benefits are all very standard. There's not significant differences in terms of compensation and benefits to other companies. But I'm really grateful for the opportunity to render over times for better payout.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are a lot of things I like about our team but the one that really stand out the most is our relationship to each other not only in the work place but also in our personal lives. One of the key factors in developing this good relationship is our very dynamic Supervisor, Honeybelle.
