Everyone is very helpful, and the management is very understanding with leaves, emergency leaves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable. If you open up something to them, they make you feel safe. It feels like there is no judgement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just think that we are underpaid with what we are doing. The rate of the work we do is paid in a bigger amount than what we are currently receiving. And the inflation in the PH is very high making our salary low for all the bills and personal expenses. Thank you! I hope you understand. :)
