Increase allowances, do not put it in the deductibles, since any minute increase automatically gets deducted for government contributions that we do not immediately use (or will probably never use).

Pay attention to honest feedback. New systems should not just be nonchalantly introduced to teams - it has to come from the ground up, since we're dealing with different work systems.
