The most positive about the company is allowing us to be in a hybrid set-up. Work-life balance. And the environment in which you can breath properly because the company trust it's employees that they will be doing their responsibilities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers need to have unity with each of the members. From what I can see with them, they do not want to be intact as a team. The tenured people are competing with the newbie, in which they do not want the newbie to learn all the correct process, not just the limited infos
