Overall it's just fine. But the salary is very low. Not enough incentives offered for our position. I feel insecure about my position and the pay I am getting as it is not competitive enough. I feel less as a person. Also hoping the company considers the inflation rate and raise the salary

They are friendly, funny and like a family
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Re-Cares. Giving back to the community and encouraging people (the employee) to give back as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Maybe the friendship I have even though our team is very small. Salary not really happy at all but thankful at least.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation offered in my position is not competitive enough. Considering the significant inflation rate and dollar peso exchange cost of living is pretty expensive already. 25k is no longer enough and pretty low. Not sure if you are considering salary raise vs the inflation rate.
