being with my teammates and working with our US partners. learning new things every day about my work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am being underpaid compared to the job we are giving to the company. I wish there will be a salary alignment or restructuring so we can get paid fairly.
