Overall experience is good. There's no such thing as a perfect company. I appreciate the efforts the company has invested in our career growth.

none If we can work as efficiently virtually then there's no need for a physical interaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transportation allowance should be considered by the company. With gas prices so high. Otherwise make RTO not mandatory

In terms of helping out during the times of calamities. I appreciate that the company is there for us.

I hope we get compensated for the extra work we do to get the job done; we even work outside working hours "unpaid" just to complete the tasks

We are short staff for most of the year. We are previously a 3 staff team. But now we are down to 2 and the workload cannot be divided to the 2-remaining staff. I hope the company will look into this to prevent burnout from the remaining 2 staffs
