What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The different projects we handle. Different goal and different type of shows. It equips us to be more flexible at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor. My supervisor always makes sure that we are aware of the situation. Always there if we have difficult decision. As long as we have a point, and we are doing right thing in our work he will always support us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have same goal as a team. Starting from our Supervisor, if he gave us projects. He makes sure in our team that we all need to perform well and impress our BUs with the work and output we will provide.
What makes you most happy at work?
Leaders who show up at the most difficult time. Leaders who can be visible. Leaders who are willing to listen and take action to the members complains or request. Leaders who will not take feedback personally. Leaders who show importance of their members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are doing different task. Multiple tasks if the business needs it. We can work as a hosted buyer, data research, calls, invite for campaigns. We normally get some calls that wanted to attend for paid event, but we can't have a commission after transferring them to sales, since we are for FOCcamp
