It makes me happy when I can work on my tasks with my own pace, without pressuring us to join unnecessary meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be honest, our pay is almost the same when we first joined the company. The increase is so small, but the workload is terribly heavy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have 2 members of the team that are closest to me. I love how we are very open to each other and honest. We also try our best to help one another despite of the heavy workload
