So far as compared with my previous company I would say that I had a great experience here, I had a lot of new things that I've learned and meet new people. I appreciate how this company specially our leaders were trying to engage and inspire us for our career development.

I'm excited to learn new things, to work with my team, meet new people and to execute my skills
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They have this sort of a family feeling. Treating everyone not just an employee/colleague but somebody that has a more value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so easy to work and collaborate with. Very open to suggestions and willing to share their knowledge and skills to each member of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued in terms of pay/compensation. I just felt like that I should have received an additional pay since they were adding some new role and responsibilities for me. It is something that I guess would normally what people expects just to give them added motivation on what they're doing.
