I think apart from the massive bursts of workload from time to time, it's pretty good! I'm looking forward to our workload becoming more stable and consistent in the coming months.

Being able to talk to the people I work with!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Engagement activities, work that will make us collaborate with each other and think out of the box. No crab mentality and just a "yes and" culture!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't have toxic people in the team. We'll have disagreements here and there but it has never affected our working rapport and has been solved healthily without resorting to aggression.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that our HMO covers a lot of things to take care of our health. I think the best part is that our HMO has become adaptive to the times and has offered to shoulder our mental health costings as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the most I like about the leadership team is that they get to know their employees and actually hang out with us and get to know us beyond the work that we do. It makes us feel comfortable and able to communicate our issues easily without fear of retaliation.
