Very positive. Some times have been challenging but I always felt my managers and mentors were supportive and there to help, and get us through the challenging times. I never felt alone or fighting a battle myself.

I have been able to move up in my career and have been supported all the way. It has been wonderful meeting new people, working with various backgrounds and expertise, and learn from coworkers and mentors day in and day out.

The team comraderie and the flexibility. The flexibility allows more productivity at work and in life outside of work.

Outside of compensation, I feel highly valued. Looking at comparable roles in many other companies, the salaries offered are higher.

The 'open door policy' and accessibility. The leadership team values our opinions and is always open to talking and hearing them.

Accessibility and support. The local SLT very much has an open door accessibility. They are always available for questions, support, interaction, etc.

If we were a bit more comparable with other Events companies in the region, and other companies with similar type roles in the area.

The leadership team is supportive, approachable and on our side to move shows and projects forward. They want the best for staff and RX.
