I am happy. Being new to the company I have had my shares of happy experience and disappointed ones. The company strives to provide what we need as an employee to be happy and offer growth. But there is still room for improvement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the health insurance. Although dental service is mostly not available right now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
work-life balance. Life outside working hours. Although we have peak during events, we are almost often entitled to our weekends off to enjoy.
What makes you most happy at work?
The chance to see my colleagues at least once a week gets me excited as we plan our outfits, food during break time and do huddles
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being a new team and being assigned in event support, there are always new information being released daily. I appreciate that we are all for helping each other improve our performance as an individual and as a group
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they allow us to speak our thoughts and provide suggestions on how we can improve the team. I like that it is not all about them pushing and telling us what to do But having them listen to what we think will also work.
