I've been given opportunities to grow and expand my skills in areas I'm interested in. I have an open door with my leadership team to discuss anything, good and bad. It's a two way street when seeking guidance and I've been fortunate to use that throughout my time with the company.

My boss and team support me and are always available for questions and help. I've been given many opportunities to grow and try new things. Definitely one of the best decisions I made to come work at RX and have grown in my role. Couldn't be happier to have chosen RX!
