Burnt out due to overwork.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm doing the job of a Project Director after the retrenchments even though my title has remained as a project manager. On top of executing a PD role, I am still playing the role of a PM. The team is so shorthanded that all of us are doing at least 2.5 to 3 job roles for no additional pay.
