I'm being so serious, but I pinch myself that I can't believe I work at this company. I've been through the trenches of jobs and appreciate what they do and feel protective when others take it for granted. This is such a special company and I'm so proud to work here, hopefully for a long time

Coming from a startup where it was an absolute grind, this company is a gift. They genuinely do care about their employees and customers, and it's not the tagline of "we're all family", it's true.

The work life balance is INSANE. This company is a gift.

There are SO many, I think the benefits package is extremely lengthy.

They do try to be very transparent and welcome questions. I like Fernando's AMA.

Aside from making money, I love putting on the production and seeing everyone come together

They include me!! They don't have ego and actually listen to what I propose, that has NEVER happened at any organization before (big or small)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company keeps talking about growth growth growth, what about growth for my salary to stay above inflation? The 2.5% salary raise was not sufficient.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They truly mean it when they say work/life balance. I had to run an errand at 11:30am and don't need to take PTO. WHO DOES THAT?!?!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm seriously waiting for the other shoe to drop.. everyone is SO nice.. too nice.. it's suspicious haha. But honestly, 9/10 people are genuine and nice and truly love their job, it's a reflection on the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I keep finding out about more perks/benefits. I had no idea about the sharecare $750 before starting or that we had the week off inbetween xmas/nye. They pay is extremely fair and competitive and the health ins options are amazing
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was most recently surprised when going to lease a new vehicle of a discount I wasn't even aware of just for being a part of RELX. I honestly think there are so many benefits that most employees don't even know about.
