Working here is light and nice, company cares about mental health and work balance, but unfortunatelly because of excessive security the proccess are stuck and slow. Recently employees are being increasingly devalued.

My salary wasn't updated after I changed of position, I'm performing a more qualified job and the compensation is not fair enough. I already talked to my manager about this but no action was taken. I'd like just to be at least on the floor salary of my function.
