Honestly, I was excited to be a part of this company but now it seems it the previous company was better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As it is an event company and I love events that is the reason I am here.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well there is no positivity in the team nor my manager takes any efforts to value us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There should be more interactions between them and us to talk about business goal and how to tackle any issues we are facing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The role that I am doing is of a manager level but I am paid as an executive. I come from 8 years of experience in working for global brand names but it seems the company nor my manager seem to care nor listen to any suggestion I provide.
