Work at RX Africa is an amazing experience for work improvement as well as work enjoyment. There is always ways to grow and learn more and everyone is open to sharing where needed and the culture in the company makes working here enjoyable and worthwhile.

Always a happy and fun culture at the company

I feel like I should be in a higher position with a bigger salary package

They listen to the companies needs and try and assist in doing the best for the company

I feel that my experience and work that I do for the company is not correctly compensated and could be relooked.

There is no judgement in the office and everyone gets along well which keeps the culture in the company very positive and up beat

They are hard working which makes my hard feel like it isn't gone unnoticed. They are very supportive and always willing to assist where needed.

The work that I do. I am very passionate about the industry and love doing what I do, so everything I do makes me most happy.

Everyone understands the diversity of the people in the company and everyone gets along. There is always a laugh to have with everyone here and things always feel light and enjoyable

I am given the space and knowledge to do my work well and always given a helping hand when needed. My colleagues also make me happy at work which makes my work environment enjoyable.

- Always willing to help even if it has nothing to do with their job - Amongst the seriousness of the job and getting work done, there is always time for laughs which keeps the environment light and enjoyable. - My team has a huge amount of knowledge which I cherish as I can learn from them.
