My Company is good however some SLT member of management are not good at all, I feel they always think about themself not for the company, they are biased, they are much interested in office politics, they give recognition and rewards to their favorites only.

Team Co-ordination, Open for discussion and feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
work environments and agenda planning for the porjects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sales Incentive package is best part of compensation package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RX culture open and it has a very transparent environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership should not encourage any corporate politicise, and they should not be biased.
What makes you most happy at work?
Modern and ergonomic workplace. Love to spend time with my office collogues, Knowledge sharing within team.

Our team is focused, everyone has a clarity of their role, they have adaptability and problem - solving approach

Leadership team have vision to grow RX India business, they involve us for all decision-making process related to the project.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance is most positive think in my company, my company support flexible scheduling, wellness initiatives and self-care. Host team building activities and recognize special occasions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel here lack of maintaining fairness and impartiality in employe opinion and suggestions. I never had one on one discussions with management after requesting several times, however their favorite spend hrs in their cabin. RX take cares for their employees.
