The skill and mindset. Most peole on our team are world class. I have not seen better work ethics even in 5 Star hospitality teams
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am working on shows that require a deep technical understanding in order to serve those business in a profitable way. Other Jobs that require those skills are paying around 20k yearly more for entry level positions. 40-60 more on senior roles.
