RX actively encourages innovation, empowering teams to create impactful events and digital solutions.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

First of all, co-workers should go to the office. Unfortunately it doesn't happen making the connection very difficult.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our current wellness partnerships could be more beneficial. Given the importance of employee health and wellness, establishing partnerships that offer more substantial discounts or investing in an on-site gym and dedicated exercise space would provide greater value and support to our team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company prefers hiring outside professionals, paying them better than the ones who have been with the company longer. It isn't easy to move jobs internally. RX should be transparent about salaries and make them fair, e.g. Marketing Managers earn approximately the same.
