What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency from the leadership. Elevate the professionalism, train people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Extremely friendly and good team spirit. But the professional level is extremely low throughout the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop bragging about how much money we make and the hard work we do and at the same time insisting that all this goes to investors and themselves. We don't even have a bonus programme in place.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have been promised so many things to understand later on that I was manipulated and boldly lied to by my managers. We have no transparency from the leadership at RX and we are completely invisible for them, as the only people communicating with the RX leadership are the Germans from St Albans.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is way, way, way too low compared to the market. Stating differently does not change reality. HR uses metrics like location of the office (St Albans) as an excuse. I live in London, not St Albans. The workforce RX needs is in London, not St Albans. Get your salaries adjusted to the market.
