Overall happy given how long I've been here, I think there are some things that are fundamentally wrong and bad people and bad practice are supported and enable by management too often but still the good people keep the company going and fun to work at

everyone can chat easily, open to each others ideas,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most of the people that work here are great and easy to work with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think most of the company gloss over the real figures of EOS surveys and company opinion, generally speaking I'm happy here but don't like the fact that people make everything seem amazing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how the global CEO is very direct and honest about the company, I think the local CEO has spoken to us once, the remainder of the leadership team are good but could be a bit more personable
