Sometimes despite the difficulty of receiving the right information from the right people, as a team we always manage to achieve a good result and finish the assigned project in time

What makes you most happy at work?

I do like my job and I'm always happy to complete the tasks on time. That's why every day to me is a good challenge. Also, I have always had a passion for learning, and a desire to acquire new assets and strategies that could be applied to my daily work load.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe that the salary of each of us should be based on individual performance. To motivate people to grow in the company and be fully operational a good evaluation by the manager sometimes is not enough. If there is no chance of increasing a salary yearly at least reward us on certain occasions
