Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To have market competitive salaries and match industries norms, with inflation and cost of living in UK.

We work as a team, we enjoy and help each other. Take each others back when needed. A highly inclusive working environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are exceptionally good listeners and have a vision. They work like mentors, rather than managers or bosses. Provide equal opportunities to grow and provide safe and highly motivated environment to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salaries are and should be market compatible, with the years of experiences we have got in the industry and playing our role, the compensation can be little increased. It is fairly decent, but can be worked on for future as inflation has risen in UK.
