Overall positive. It is a pleasant place to work and most people are friendly and collaborative and there is opportunity to work on some very interesting projects. Also some of the shows are amazing and it feels good to be part of that!

We have some great brains on the team and successes are celebrated together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing a project go from start to finish and receiving interest from other teams in our projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to encourage new ideas and support effort, as well as performance. I like how initiatives such as the Wellness Day and "Paws at Work" are also taken onboard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity and inclusivity seem to be valuable to the company, as well as initiatives that promote wellbeing. Most people seem to be willing to work collaboratively and I have not noticed a toxic work culture at all...
