I enjoy working in RX. It is often a busy place to work in but it provides opportunities to grow. In my personal experience, my concerns are always heard and taken on board. My most colleagues are hard working, knowledgeable and friendly that make RX a great place for collaboration.

Annual pay rise that accounts for current inflation rates

They are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and easy to work with and bring lot of ideas and energy to our collaborative work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Colleagues are very friendly, there is always someone to share your concerns with. My line manager always listens to and supports my concerns.

It is a combination of factors- An opportunity to work on interesting projects and ability to grow, good colleagues who take pride in delivering successful outcomes

Happy about the type of work but work load often needs prioritisation as I think many resources are looped into multiple initiatives which means constant juggling and no room for breaks from busy routine
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In RX, Workload & responsibility can be high in many areas and the 'effort vs reward' balance can get tricky on many occasions. One person is often working on multiple initiatives and unknowingly covering different roles. This makes you think if your earnings are proportionate to the effort.
