Everybody is open about what they think in relation to what is happening around them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was no positive response in past year or so to adjusting pay in relation to inflationary pressures in the UK with bills and basics more expensive. I have become poorer in real terms.
